Register-for-me, verified end to end with a brand-new Enable Banking account: the server waits for the account's Control Panel profile before creating the application, confirms the Control Panel lists it, and refuses to register until it knows its own https address. Errors carry Enable Banking's own reason. Setup copy says plainly that the password is the one the assistant signs in with. Tools answer an inactive application with the activation steps, and the server asks assistants to relay them.
