Setup: the server can register the Enable Banking application for you. Enter the email of your Enable Banking account, paste the one-time link they send (on a local server the click works directly), and the server signs in once, creates the application with the right redirect and policy addresses, generates the key pair and stores id and key. Then choose a password. The manual path stays. Uses the same Control Panel endpoints as Enable Banking's own command-line tool; a production application still needs one activation click in the Control Panel.
