Added backup / restore for app lists
Upgrading notes. There is now a signed release. It will not install over the app-debug.
I have included 2 builds. An app-debug to use first with the backup feature and an app release. After you update the debug version do a backup, then uninstall and install the release. Then you can restore your backup.
Future builds will all be signed releases.
