Fixes enrolling and signing with FIDO security keys over NFC. The NFC layer was not reading the key's status byte, so a PIN request from the key was dropped instead of prompting, and the PIN was asked for mid-tap, which cannot work over NFC. Security keys now enroll and sign in a single uninterrupted tap, with the PIN requested up front when the key has one. Reported by @sergey1369.
