This update is mainly focused at bug fixes and minor improvements of the UI.
Next to this the docker image is updated with secruity fixes.

- German language support - Added both informal (
de-informal) and formal (de-formal) locales with full translations thanks to @veniplex - Locale configuration - Admins can now configure locale from the admin UI
- Env variables are added to disable languages as an alternative to the admin ui.
- Version info - Version info now shows in the user menu with notifications for updates
- More AI providers - Extended AI provider support
- Manual nutrition recalculation - Users can recalculate nutrition info manually
- Nutrition removal - Allow removing nutrition information from recipes
