Xbox daily limits, without the daily sign-in.
Added
- Xbox daily limits (idea and entity design from #61 by @JohnMcLear). On accounts where the Xbox has its own schedule, the console enforces that schedule and the regular daily limits never reach it. Each child now gets an Xbox Screen Time Limits switch (the Xbox schedule on/off, days kept), and once it is on, seven Xbox Limit entities to set the daily Xbox allowance.
- Everything goes through the mobile API, read from the same request as the Windows schedule, so it keeps working when Microsoft expires the Family web session (#52).
Checked on a real account: turning the Xbox schedule on created the entities, an Xbox limit changed from HA read back from Microsoft while the Windows limit of the same day stayed unchanged, and turning it off kept the days. Not yet confirmed on a physical console; feedback from Xbox owners welcome.
Still on the web session
The Xbox usage report and the Xbox lock switch (#56). Everything else now runs on the mobile API.
