No more daily sign-in for screen-time schedules.
Changed
- Screen-time schedules now go through the mobile API (#64 by @daloki83, fixes the daily re-authentication of #52 and #50 for everything except Xbox). Reading and writing the daily limits and time windows, the account lock and the screen-time limits switch all use the long-lived mobile refresh token, the same way the Family Safety app does. On accounts where Microsoft demands an interactive Family sign-in every 24 hours, these keep working after the web session expires, and the integration no longer asks you to re-authenticate as long as the mobile path answers. The web path stays as a fallback.
- The Screen Time Limits switch now flips the schedule's own on/off flag, like the app does. It used to rewrite every day to 24 hours, which Microsoft treated as deleting the schedule.
Fixed
- Unlocking the account or turning limits back on restored every day to 07:00-22:00 instead of the real time windows.
What still needs the web session
Only the Xbox: the Xbox usage report and the Xbox lock. If you use them, you will still have to sign in again when Microsoft expires the web session. Everything else (schedules, lock, Windows lock, app blocking and app limits, websites, age rating, requests) runs on the mobile API.
Tested on an account that loses its web session every 24 hours: more than 24 hours without a sign-in, lock and unlock restored the exact schedule, limits off and on kept every day intact.
Big thanks to @daloki83 for the iOS capture and the patience through two review rounds.
