App time limits work again, a new App Limits switch, and the Web Filter sensor shows the site lists again.

Fixed

  • set_app_time_limit and remove_app_time_limit (#54). The mobile endpoint now takes the days at the top level, the allowance in milliseconds and the time window in 12-hour format, and a limit is removed with the same request minus the days. Checked on a real account: a 1 h limit from 7 AM to 10 PM showed up exactly like that on family.microsoft.com, and was removed again.
  • Blocked and allowed websites are visible again on the Web Filter sensor (blockedSites, allowedSites, exceptions). The mobile read only returns them when asked explicitly; it used to return an empty list.

Added

  • App Limits switch per child (switch.{prefix}_app_limits). It mirrors the "App, feature, and game limits" toggle above the app list on family.microsoft.com. While it is off, the limits set on individual apps are kept but not enforced, which is easy to miss: if a limit you set seems to do nothing, check this switch first.

Thanks to @daloki83 for the capture of the Family Safety app that made the app limit and site list formats possible.

All of this runs on the mobile API, so none of it depends on the Family web session that some accounts lose every 24 hours (#52). The screen-time schedules part of that story is in #64.
