A clearer Approve/Deny when the request is already gone, and a dashboard card that says what is being asked.
Fixed
- Approve/Deny failed with the bare message "Pending request not found". It happened when the request had already been answered elsewhere, typically from the Family Safety app, while the dashboard still showed it. Nothing was sent to Microsoft in that case, but the error was cryptic and the stale request stayed on the card until the next poll. The integration now refreshes the pending requests right away and explains that the request was already approved or denied, or expired. Applies to the buttons and to the
approve_request/deny_requestservices.

- Dashboard card examples (
examples/family-safety-card.yaml,examples/dashboard.yaml): when a request is pending, the card now shows what is being asked (platform and time of the request, with Microsoft's message as a tooltip) above the Approve / Deny buttons, and the Approve button says it grants 1 hour. Existing dashboards are not changed automatically; copy the new block if you want it.
