This is a rerelease only to try and fix broken Github Actions. The release notes for v1.11.0 are below:

NOTICE: This plugin is in maintenance mode as I have proven not to have much time over the past several years. Issues will be worked on as I can get to them (which is not often). I would welcome contributions and an extra maintainer or two!
