This patch fixes a misclassification where any app-level 403 (e.g. a private watchlist) was incorrectly reported as ERR_VPN_BLOCK. Since every Letterboxd page is served through Cloudflare, cf-ray is always present, making the old header check unreliable. The fix checks Letterboxd's own DOM message first, then uses cf-mitigated: challenge to detect a genuine Cloudflare block.
