• Fixed a crash encountered on some systems when upgrading, due to NDIS calling
  NPF_ReturnEx after the driver has been unloaded.

• Changed Npcap's adapter binding ComponentID from INSECURE_NPCAP to
  nmap_npcap, reflecting the change in company name from Insecure.Org, LLC to
  Nmap Software, LLC. Fixes #853.

• Updated libpcap to 1.10.7.
