github nklmilojevic/sofka v0.31.9

Version 0.31.9 adds named view layouts, and it lets you approve or deny certificate signing requests from the table. It also gives more flexible time input and better config warnings.

New features

  • Named view layouts. A view key with a :name suffix defines a second layout for the same kind. Select it with :<resource> -o <name>, :<resource>:<name>, or :layout <name>. Bare :layout lists the layouts for the current kind.
  • Approve and deny CertificateSigningRequests from the table. Press V to approve and N to deny the marked rows or the cursor row. You do not need to leave sofka to use kubectl certificate. The :csr table now shows the columns NAME, SIGNER, REQUESTOR, CONDITION, and AGE.
  • The T lookback prompt accepts compound, decimal, and week durations, for example 1h30m, 1.5h, and 1w.
  • Plugins can read the $SKIN placeholder to get the name of the active skin.

Fixes

  • SPACE now toggles the mark and keeps the cursor in place. This matches k9s. Use ctrl-space or shift-arrows to mark a range.
  • A marked row under the cursor now uses the mark color. The text stays readable on light skins.
  • sofka now warns about unknown keys in views and column settings. A typing error such as fromat no longer causes a silent failure. The :config command shows these warnings.
  • The palette now suggests namespaces after :workloads.

Other changes

  • Three tests no longer fail on a busy machine.
