Version 0.31.1 adds rollout history and rollback for workloads. It also adds support for flux-operator kinds and a new record view for JSON logs.

New features

Add the :rollout-history view for Deployments, StatefulSets, and DaemonSets. It lists the revisions of a workload, shows a diff against the current pod template, and rolls back with r. A new rollback guardrail action controls this.
Add support for the flux-operator kinds ResourceSet, ResourceSetInputProvider, and FluxInstance. These kinds have Flux columns, a t menu for suspend, resume, and reconcile, and a GitOps view.
Add a record view to the JSON log toggle. The J key now cycles raw, record, and indented JSON, and the record view shows each log record on one row.
Add the [logs] json_view config setting. It sets the JSON view that a log session starts in: raw, record, or pretty.

Fix the header on narrow terminals. The logo now disappears before the key hints move to the footer, so the hints stay in the header at widths from 92 to 117 columns.
Fix an exec client that lost its certificate when the plugin failed. The client build now fails, and a renewal retries every 30 seconds. This fixes the Teleport sessions that did not renew.
