JSONP API endpoint, improved AS lookup output, more
- added pretty-printed JSON endpoint to server (/asn_lookup_jsonp)
- AS lookup now retrieves prefixes allocated to the target but announced by different AS
- AS lookup now retrieves AS abuse contacts information
- improved inetnum lookup speed in AS lookups
- switched abuse lookup code to RIPEStat API instead of generic whois
- reduced peer name resolution from 20 to 8 to improve lookup speed
- other minor optimizations and fixes
