Improvements

• Canonical transcript events kept in-memory per session and rebuilt from raw messages on demand instead of persisted to disk.
• Agent-message search index now mirrors extractor output, keeping tool noise and metadata chunks out of search results.

Fixed

• Multi-minute startup beachball for users with many shared trackers; document-sync key-fingerprint check is now single-flighted and cached, and tracker prewarm is debounced.
• Marketplace .nimext packages now ship the claude-plugin/ directory so installed extensions can register their Claude skills.
• Pending-files query no longer throws json_extract errors on PGLite installs.
• Claude Code mid-turn widgets (commit proposal, etc.) now appear in the background-session view as the turn streams, not only after the next session load.
