These are client apps only. You need a running Glass Keep server to use them.
Compact Ask AI button
- Keeps Ask AI beside search on Android, phones, tablets and desktops, instead of stacking it underneath.
- Uses a smaller 32-pixel-high button with neutral themed borders and hover styling, matching the other header controls instead of a solid purple fill.
- Tightens phone header spacing and keeps the logo separate from search. The small icon appears on wider screens; phones retain the explicit text label.
- Preserves busy feedback, accessible labels and tooltips, Enter to submit and duplicate-submission prevention. Long translated labels truncate within the available space to leave room for search.
Web, server, Windows, macOS and Android all use 1.0.17.
Update and downloads
Docker: nikunjsingh/glass-keep:1.0.17 or nikunjsingh/glass-keep:latest, AMD64/ARM64. Pull and recreate through Portainer, keeping your existing data volume and settings. Install the updated native client separately for its bundled interface.
Attached: Windows x64/ARM64 installers and portable executables, signed Android ARM64 APK, Apple Silicon/Intel macOS DMGs, and SHA-256 checksums. Android retains its existing signing identity for in-place updates. Windows installers do not have a commercial publisher certificate; portable clients require WebView2. Mac clients require macOS 13+, use an ad-hoc signature and are not Apple-notarized; first launch may require Privacy & Security → Open Anyway.
Verification
Web/native browser checks cover inline alignment at 320, 390, 768 and 1280 pixels, both themes, all four languages, idle/busy states, neutral background and matching borders, usable search width and no logo overlap. Existing AI submission, progressive answers, cancellation, source links, drawer Back behavior, exports and offline editing regressions pass. Both frontend builds and packaged Docker checks pass; native platform builds are verified.
