These are client apps only. You need a running Glass Keep server to use them.
French language support
- Adds Français alongside English and Hindi, with 327 translated interface strings covering notes, settings, exports, sharing, offline synchronization and administration.
- Select a language on sign-in or in Settings. Native clients also offer a language selector on the initial server-connection screen.
- The selected language is remembered after restarting. Translations are bundled for offline use, including French startup loading text and translated server-connection guidance.
- Existing note titles and content stay in their original language. This changes interface text, not your notes.
- Retains the Android scrolling/status-bar fix, padded icon, Back navigation and remembered automatic-export folders.

Offline behavior
Sign in and load notes online on the device first. Cached notes can be read, and saved creations/edits, checklist changes, archiving and deletions queue locally while offline. The queue survives restarting the client and syncs on reconnecting; use Sync now if only the server was unavailable while the device remained online. Conflicting versions are kept for review. Keep local app data until pending edits have synced. An expired session requires signing in online before syncing resumes.
New sign-ins, imports, sharing changes, server AI and scheduled full JSON exports still require a reachable server. Client and offline guide.
Downloads and Docker
Windows x64/ARM64 installers and portable executables, signed Android ARM64 APK, and Apple Silicon/Intel macOS DMGs are attached. Android keeps the existing signing identity for in-place updates. Windows installers do not have a commercial publisher certificate; portable clients require WebView2. Mac clients require macOS 13+, use an ad-hoc signature and are not Apple-notarized; first launch may require Privacy & Security → Open Anyway.
Docker: nikunjsingh/glass-keep:1.0.11 or nikunjsingh/glass-keep:latest, AMD64 and ARM64. Pull and recreate in Portainer while keeping your data volume and settings. Update native clients separately for the French option.
Verification
Tests cover French locale completeness and interpolation placeholders, language persistence on reload, login/settings/export controls, public sharing, startup translation, offline note creation/editing and server/account isolation. Existing server and browser regressions pass. Native builds verify signing/packaging and Rust restrictions; Mac runners also verify app startup.
