- Added an advanced setting for SFTP volumes and SFTP repositories to allow legacy ssh-rsa / SHA1 algorithms. Helps with some NAS devices that reject modern defaults.

- Fixed backup webhooks so they respect a long WEBHOOK_TIMEOUT instead of failing early due to Bun's default fetch timeout
