RetroAchievements review build

This is a RetroAchievements review build for OpenEmu-Silicon compliance evaluation. It is not a general OpenEmu-Silicon release and does not update Sparkle/appcast.

Use the single all-in-one DMG attached to this pre-release:

• current signed native RA core plugins built from this source checkpoint
• Install RA Review Cores.command

Install

1. Open OpenEmu-Silicon-RA-Review-AllInOne-2026-05-17-7caf391f.dmg.
2. Drag OpenEmu.app to /Applications.
3. Quit OpenEmu if it is running.
4. Run Install RA Review Cores.command from the DMG.
   • This copies the included native RA core plugins to:
     ~/Library/Application Support/OpenEmu/Cores/
   • Manual fallback: copy every .oecoreplugin from RA Review Cores into that folder.
5. Relaunch OpenEmu.
6. Open OpenEmu → Settings/Preferences → Achievements, sign into RetroAchievements, and enable Hardcore Mode if testing hardcore compliance.
7. For multi-core systems, choose the native RA core below, not a RetroArch/libretro core.

These are built from the current source checkout, not downloaded from the previous public core release:

• FCEU 2.6.9 — NES
• BSNES 115.1 — SNES
• SNES9x 1.63.2 — SNES
• Gambatte 0.5.3 — Game Boy / Game Boy Color
• GenesisPlus 1.7.5.2 — Genesis / Mega Drive, Master System, Game Gear, Sega CD
• mGBA 0.10.7 — Game Boy Advance
• Mupen64Plus 2.5.14 — Nintendo 64
• Mednafen 1.26.5 — PlayStation, PC Engine, Lynx, Neo Geo Pocket, and other Mednafen-backed RA systems

Local validation performed

• Release app archive succeeded.
• Native RA core Release builds succeeded for Nestopia, FCEU, BSNES, SNES9x, Gambatte, GenesisPlus, mGBA, Mupen64Plus, and Mednafen.
• Native RA core plugins were signed with Developer ID and codesign --verify --deep --strict passed.
• App notarization accepted and stapled.
• All-in-one DMG signed, notarized, and stapled.
• xcrun stapler validate passed for the all-in-one DMG.
• spctl -a -t install -vv accepted the all-in-one DMG as Notarized Developer ID.
• hdiutil verify reported the all-in-one DMG checksum as valid.
• Mounted-DMG verification confirmed OpenEmu.app and all included .oecoreplugin bundles pass codesign --verify --deep --strict.
