• Stopped the daemon watcher from rescanning the process table every 500 ms
  while idle; it now blocks until a filesystem event or a scheduled
  debounce/deferred-poll deadline.
• Replaced recursive macOS diagnostic codesign scans with strict checks of the
  vendor browser bundle and Silvervine-managed user-profile CDM library.

Fixed

• Passed the repository explicitly to the no-checkout GitHub release publisher.
• Prevented fresh browser-update events from retaining a stale deferred callback
  that could patch the same browser twice.
• Corrected macOS codesign diagnostics for missing or invalid Silvervine-managed
  paths and inconclusive host probes.
• Installed macOS Widevine in each browser's per-user Chromium component
  directory, preserving the vendor application signature and entitlements and
  avoiding launch failures caused by ad-hoc bundle re-signing.
• Protected both the active and candidate macOS component targets with
  Silvervine ownership checks, bound publication and rollback cleanup to the
  authorized profile path and filesystem object, and rolled back any candidate
  the browser would not select as active.
• Honored explicit Chromium profile-directory metadata and parsed both XML and
  binary browser property lists for profile and version detection.
• Resolved status and passive diagnostics through the platform's active CDM
  target and deduplicated that managed target from external component evidence.
