@ngx-translate/core@18.1.0-rc.2 and @ngx-translate/http-loader@18.1.0-rc.2 are available on npm. This is a prerelease for testing.

- Handle malformed Unicode language IDs through the HTTP loader's observable error path. URL encoding now runs inside
defer(). With the default settings, a failed resource returns empty translations; withfailOnError: true, the error reaches subscribers. Loading state is cleaned up, and a subsequent valid language can load normally. Regression tests cover both modes. (159ff4a) - Update package author metadata and document the trusted-publishing release process.
