A Helm chart to deploy New Relic integrations bundled together

Changed

• Chart now relies on the official repository for Kube State Metrics and dropped the deprecated Helm's Stable repo completely.
• Removed some charts that were incorrectly committed as subcharts of the bundle.

Chart updates

• kube-state-metrics chart updated to 2.9.7 (the closest to the previous version were we pulling from the deprecated repo).
