Changes

• nri-bundle now bundles the pixie operator chart, rather than the pixie chart directly. This should allow for better upgrade paths across pixie versions.
  • To our best knowledge, this change is not breaking and the upgrade path from the old pixie chart to the new operator chart should work without issues.
