v4.1.56: opening a book in the web reader keeps your e-reader's place

A small release: opening a book in the web reader no longer overwrites the place your Kobo or KOReader shared.

Before you upgrade

• There are no database changes.
• The KOReader plugin is unchanged and stays at 4.1.55.

Fixed

• Opening a book in the web reader no longer replaces the place a Kobo or KOReader shared. The reader saved the page it opened on a second after every open, stamped with the current time, so just opening a book made the browser the newest place. The Kobo's further position was then neither used nor offered, and the book showed the browser's page (often 1%) instead. The reader now saves only once you turn a page, follow a link or pick a chapter. Reported by @jrodrigoferreira (#324).
