A small release: large libraries load covers, the reader and book lists far faster, the PDF reader's Save button works in Firefox again, and shelf names keep their apostrophes on the classic shelf page.

- Nothing to do. There are no database changes, and the KOReader plugin stays at 4.1.48.
Fixed
- Covers, the reader and library pages load quickly on very large libraries. Looking up a book joined its authors, tags, series, publishers and languages in one query that SQLite answered by reading those whole tables first. On a library of about 270,000 books every cover took around 4 seconds and opening the reader 20 seconds or more. Each relationship is now loaded with its own indexed query. On a generated 270,000-book library one book's lookup went from about 2.7 seconds to under 10 milliseconds, and a 60-book page from about 3.5 seconds to about 90 milliseconds. Reported by @victor910 in #2699.
- The Save button in the PDF reader downloads the book again in Firefox. The page's security policy blocked the download, so pressing Save did nothing, from both "Read now" and "Open without saving progress". Reported by @darkmatterpelican in #2710.
- Shelf names keep their apostrophes on the classic shelf page. "Children's Fiction" was shown as "Childrens Fiction"; the stored name was always right. Reported in #1704, fixed by @sgreadly (#2685).
- Scheduled maintenance starts on a restart inside its window on clock-change nights too. A window in the skipped hour never counted as open, and after the clocks went back the repeated hour counted as a second window. The window now opens once a day at the chosen hour in the server's time zone (
TZ) and lasts its set number of real minutes (#2551). - The automatic revert job fails when a revert fails, instead of finishing green while
mainstayed broken (#2553). This only affects the project's own CI.
