v4.0.63 — Discord button on the admin panel goes to the actual NextGen server (#198)

What's fixed: The "NextGen Discord Server" button on the admin panel was still linking to the upstream CWA Discord. Now points at our community server (https://discord.gg/B8NXZmcp32).

Drop-in image: ghcr.io/new-usemame/calibre-web-nextgen:latest — same docker-compose.yml, swap the image line, restart.

Affected files (Discord-link sweep across the repo):

• cps/templates/admin.html — the user-visible admin button
• tests/README.md — 'Ask in Discord' link in test docs
• changelogs/V3.0/README_V3.md + V3-reddit-release-post.md — historical CWA snapshots in our repo
