v4.0.158 — shelf reorder covers display at the right size

A small follow-up release: the shelf reorder screen now shows book covers at the normal thumbnail size, with the Back button properly aligned.

Fixed

• Shelf reorder covers are the right size again. On the default theme, the drag-to-reorder screen introduced in v4.0.157 rendered covers at oversized "large icon" size and left the Back button misaligned. Covers now display at the normal thumbnail size and the Back button lines up under them with proper spacing above it. Thanks to @droM4X and @SpookyUSAF for the reports and screenshots.
