Consistent filenames for OPDS downloads to KOReader
If you download books to KOReader over OPDS and noticed they arrive named Author - Title.epub while your library uses Title - Author.epub — forcing a rename to keep read-status sync working across e-readers — the README's KOReader sync section now explains the one-checkbox fix: enable Use server filenames in KOReader's OPDS catalog settings. The server already sends the library filename in the download header; that toggle makes KOReader use it, so downloads match your library and your other devices without renaming.
