Mobile layout sweep: sort dropdown fits, book titles wrap to 2 lines, banner stops blocking books (fork #288)

The operator pulled up the production page on their phone and showed three mobile UX issues still visible after the prior mobile passes — they were too narrowly targeted at iPhone SE 375px. This release closes the gap:

  • Sort dropdown ("DATE ADDED, NEWES...") now takes a full row on mobile so the label fits without truncation. Action icons stack on a second row.
  • Book card titles wrap to 2 lines instead of being aggressively single-line ellipsised. "Crime and Punishment" and similar real-world titles now show in full.
  • Persistent banners (duplicate-scan-setup, cwa-update notifications) move to the top of the screen below the navbar instead of floating over book content. Still dismissible.

Verified at iPhone SE 375, iPhone 14 414, iPhone 14 Pro Max 430, and desktop 1280. Desktop unchanged.
