- Duplicate Proxmox VE menu entries and an incorrect kernel URL that appeared once a second Proxmox VE endpoint was defined for another architecture
- Custom menu options (GitHub, URL, and local
custom.ipxe) now clear the menu before showing the error screen when the chain fails, breaking a fallback loop - Empty Mageia menu entry caused by the version checker tracking a release directory that no longer exists on the mirror
