Release v0.51.559 — Release TR (cron model picker copy polish)

Ships #4031 (TomBanksAU). Copy polish + regression tests on the cron model picker (core picker already shipped).

Changed

• Clearer cron model-picker copy (profile-default vs pinned provider/model; no-agent jobs note the model is unused) + 195-line provider-picker regression test.

Gate

• Full suite: 9949 passed, 0 failed
• Codex: SAFE TO SHIP (re-confirm) — esc()-wrapped copy, i18n keys resolve correctly
• Fixed at gate: the new cron_model_no_agent_hint key was referenced but undefined (would render the literal key); added to all 13 locales (strict locale-parity) + strengthened the i18n test.
