This release starts a process of modernizing the Nerves tooling. Most updates
are behind the scenes so the plan is to roll them out incrementally to minimize
the changes per release. This release focused on internal updates to HTTP
request handling.

• Changes
  • Turn off artifact download progress for non-interactive terminals
  • Show the .local hostname with nerves.discover rather than just the
    hostname. This makes it better for copy/paste use.
  • Download artifacts to disk rather than buffering entire contents before
    writing. This helps memory usage especially for large artifacts.
