This release adds PHP 7.0 compatibility
Be aware that "doctrine/orm" is updated from 2.3 to 2.4 for PHP 7 compatibility. Most projects won't notice any difference, but please make sure by checking the backwards incompatible section in the changelog.
Fixes Windows compatibility broken in 2.3.9
