Artist Radio, Genre Radio and decade mixes can now say what they are about in their name. Thanks to @vbrzezina (#13, closes #11).
Three new optional settings, under Names: nameArtistRadio, nameGenreRadio and nameDecade. Each is a template with one placeholder, {subject}:
Radio: {subject}gives "Radio: Billy Talent"{subject} Mixgives "Punk Mix"{subject} Hitsgives "1990s Hits"
Leave them empty and the names stay as they are today.
Things to know:
- With a template set, the name changes when the mix's subject rotates each week. It is the same playlist with a new name, so pins keep working.
- A mix can end up with the same name as a playlist you made by hand. Fixed mixes such as Morning or Daily Mix 1 always keep their names; a templated mix falls back to its numbered name, or adds (2), when its name is taken.
- Names are cleaned and cut to 100 characters, and the prefix is added in front.
- If a new mix's description could not be written, the next run now reuses that empty playlist instead of making a second one.
