A mix rewrite now replaces every track of the playlist in one call. Before, tracks that Navidrome does not count (a missing file, or a song from a library the account no longer reads) stayed at the top of a mix through every rewrite and piled up. Fixes the library-4 songs reported in #8 for playlists rewritten from now on.
