The nightly refresh no longer gets cut off

If some of your mixes stopped updating (the time-of-day ones, typically), this release is for you.

Navidrome gives a plugin about 30 seconds per scheduled run. On a server with a large library, or several accounts, a full rebuild of every mix took longer than that, and Navidrome stopped the run part way through. Nothing was logged from the plugin's side, so the mixes early in the plan kept refreshing while the ones at the end quietly went stale. On the server where this was found, the log line was Scheduler callback failed ... module closed with context deadline exceeded.

The run now keeps track of what it has already written tonight, stops well before the deadline, asks Navidrome to call it again a few seconds later, and picks up where it left off. A run that fits in one call behaves exactly as before. A re-roll from the NaviBeat app rebuilds that user's mixes the same way.

Also in this release: the playlist list is fetched once per user instead of once per mix, which cuts the nightly run's Subsonic calls by about a third.

Install: replace the .ndp, restart Navidrome, and re-approve the plugin under Settings > Plugins (no new permissions are requested).
