Lots of changes as this was a complete rebase based on TachiyomiJ2K. A high level summary is below but please explore as there are a lot more things added. If its in the new J2K it's probably in here also.

- Add ability to read downloads from other Tachiyomi forks
- Mangadex manga urls now are deeplinked and can be opened in app
- Added badges in My follows to see follow status more clearly
- New Global font
- Android 6 support has been dropped
- Switched crash reporting library to use firebase crashlytics
