Only works for save states created on v1.1 beta 6 or newer (the ones with the thumbnail), the pocket itself will still display the old ones but I'm only reading the latest format

Probably only works for OpenFPGA cores, not sure how cartridge ones work in the post-thumbnail era

Also improved how errors show up (shouldn't be any more blank pages, unless the very 1st page errors) with a link into the github issues
