Bugfixes

• Fixed update check in DSHMC (for real this time 😉 )
• Disabled periodic output report timer for Bluetooth as it seems to cause LED and rumble processing to completely break on some controller revisions (see #4, discussed on Discord server). More permanent fix currently under investigation.
