This release prevents stalled Usenet providers and unnecessary recovery-volume probes from holding up preparation or blocking later queue items.
Fixes
- NNTP connection setup now has a firm deadline and releases shared capacity when connecting, encryption, or authentication stalls. A failed provider can no longer leave the queue unable to start the current or following NZB.
- Preparation now routes around providers without usable connections and moves to another eligible provider after a bounded wait. Backup providers remain recovery paths and can rescue preparation when primary providers cannot serve an article.
- PAR2 recovery volumes no longer trigger unnecessary first-segment downloads during preparation. Their segment maps remain available, while the base PAR2 metadata used for filenames and sizes is still read normally.
- Versioned container releases now update the
latestimage tag automatically alongside the version, minor-version, andstabletags.
