Fixed:

• Requests issued while the initial connection was opening could lose their replies in Direct mode, because the connection was reported open before the reply inbox was subscribed (#1277)
• ConnectionOpened and the "Connection succeeded" log reported the pre-redirect URL on reconnect when OnConnectingAsync changed the target (#1275)
• The connection opened event is now queued outside the connection lock and before the next reconnect cycle starts, so a disconnect is never reported ahead of its open (#1273)
