[2.0.1] (15 June 2026)
This version of Dorado introduces fixes and enhancements following the Dorado 2.0.0 release. Improvements include adding a @PG ID:aligner header line from Dorado basecaller, allowing Dorado smallvar to consume reads aligned inline with basecaller; preventing unnecessary poly(A) worker threads and improving poly(A) thread count determination; initial Apple Silicon implementation for v6.0.0 HAC on MacOS; pre-computed batch size benchmarks for a wider variety of GPUs; and several other fixes improving compatibility with v6.0.0 models.
