Bug Fixes

• Feed entry for file/photo upload — Uploading a photo, document, or avatar to a contact now creates a file_uploaded feed entry in the activity log (#34)

Details

• Added FeedRecorder integration to VaultFileService following the same dependency injection pattern as other services
• Upload handler passes authenticated user as feed author
• Vault-level file uploads (without a contact) correctly skip feed recording
• 3 new service tests + 1 handler integration test
