Changed

• :Numb <Tab> completes disable, enable and toggle in that order. The
  candidates used to be returned in table order, which Lua does not specify, so
  the list could come back differently from one session to the next.
• centered_peeking keeps the window full near the end of the buffer instead
  of scrolling past the last line, as zz does. Everywhere else the previewed
  line lands exactly where it did. This comes with the count fix below, which
  stops centering through a Normal mode command.

Fixed

• Malformed addresses no longer produce a preview. :.., :$$, :.$, :5.5,
  :5..10 and :$-$ are all rejected by Vim with E492, but each used to be
  previewed: . and $ were replaced with numbers wherever they appeared, so
  :.. from line 20 resolved to line 2020 and peeked the last line. An Ex
  address is one base followed by signed offsets, and that is now what is
  accepted, so nothing is promised for a command that will not run. Every valid
  form still resolves, including :+- and a bare :+.
• A count before a mapping that opens the command line reaches the mapping
  again (#36). Vim inserts .,.+{count-1} for the count, numb peeked that, and
  centering the peek ran :normal! zz, which resets v:count. With
  quick-scope's f mapping, 6fi jumped to the first i instead of the sixth.
  Centering now goes through 'scrolloff' and never runs a Normal mode command.
• A peek is drawn only once Vim is about to wait for the user, so keys that
  arrive together no longer flash intermediate states (#36). A mapping that
  opens the command line used to show every peek it passed through, including
  the one quick-scope's f clears with <C-U> straight away, and could leave
  its command text on screen; 6: drew :., :., and :.,. before the
  range, and a paste drew one frame per character. Typing one key at a time
  previews exactly as before.
