Multi-instance Sonarr/Radarr support: Configure multiple Sonarr and Radarr instances, each with its own URL, API key, URL mappings, and an Enabled toggle. All features (arr links, calendar, downloads queue, tag sync) fan out across all enabled instances. #559 by @4eh5xitv6787h645ebv
- Single-instance setups work exactly as before - legacy fields are preserved as a fallback
- Multi-instance dropdown on item detail pages shows each instance with status colour, episode/file count, size, and root folder tooltip
- Calendar entries show all instance names when the same item is in multiple instances (e.g. "Radarr, Radarr4K")

Active Streams Widget: A live stream counter in the Jellyfin header showing who is currently playing, what they're watching, playback state, progress, and transcoding details.
- Click the header icon to open a panel with session cards (poster, title, user, device, progress bar, Direct Play / Transcoding badges)
- Admin-only by default; optionally visible to all users
- Admin Broadcast: Send a message to all active sessions directly from the panel; compose a title and message, set a timeout, and send with one click

Configurable Pause Screen Delay: Set how long the pause screen waits before appearing after pausing playback. #555 #470 #422

Logging improvements: All log lines now show Username (id) instead of raw UUIDs; high-frequency issue-polling requests are consolidated into a summary line every 5 minutes instead of one line per poll; failed Seerr requests now include the endpoint path
Requests page polling: Polling now stops immediately when navigating away and pauses when the browser tab is backgrounded
Rating tags: Show - instead of 0.0 when TMDB community rating is zero - #562
