FIX: (#412) Will respect the Alternate Series Cover option whereby the latest cover is downloaded when the data is available (ie. Series Refreshed / Added). Changed the way it determines from publication date to cover size. If the cover size is different than the existing cover, it's assumed it's changed and will download it. Note that this will also affect the storing of cover.jpg in the series folder.

FIX: unrar binary not being detected on new installations due to checking for the wrong binary (rar != unrar). If the unrar (or RaR can also be used on Windows systems) is not in the system path, then the rar_exe_path field must be set in the .ComicTagger/Settings file to the full path to the given binary.
