The AMD build can no longer break unseen: every push and pull request is now checked automatically.

Update: the dashboard's About > Update, or git pull, then ./setup.sh (Windows: START-MAYA.bat). Nothing is downloaded again; the engine itself is unchanged.

What's new

• A check for the AMD build: tools/check_hip_compat.py lists every CUDA name the AMD (HIP) build compiles and fails on any without an AMD mapping. That is the mistake that broke v1.0.21 on AMD, and the check flags it there.
• Automatic checks on GitHub: every push and pull request now runs that check, plus the server, installer and tools tests. No GPU is needed.
• Every AMD target builds: a debug tool the installer never built was missing three AMD mappings; added.

• The check passes on this release and flags v1.0.21's three missing names.
• The new GitHub workflow passes.
