Speakr v0.10.9-alpha

This release fixes the header on the Account, Admin and Group Management pages.

Fixed

• Empty header on the settings pages. Since v0.10.7, the header controls and user menu on these pages are loaded with Vue. On pages that do not load Vue themselves, such as Account, the production build of Vue was requested under a file name that is not included in the image, so only the logo and a slash were shown. The file that every other page uses is now loaded. A new test fails if code refers to a bundled library file that is not downloaded when the image is built.

Upgrading

Pull the new image and start as usual. No database or configuration changes are required.
