Speakr v0.10.12-alpha

In this release, the System Statistics tab in the admin dashboard is rebuilt around a chosen period, and several of its figures are corrected. The screenshots in the README and the documentation show the current interface.

Changed

• System Statistics. A period of 7, 30 or 90 days is chosen at the top of the tab, and each headline figure is compared with the period before it: recordings, audio transcribed, AI requests, AI cost, active users and storage. Below the headline figures are:
  • recordings per day by source (upload, recording in the browser, merge), with the median processing time and the number of failures;
  • a health card with every recording state, the job queue, and the latest failed recordings with their error messages;
  • language-model tokens per day by task, with embedding tokens and transcribed minutes in charts of their own;
  • cost per month for twelve months, by language model, embedding and transcription, and cost by model for the period;
  • one table of users, sortable by any column, with recordings, storage, the last recording, and the tokens, minutes and cost of the current month against the monthly budgets.
• Header on phones. The logo is spaced evenly between the menu button and the page name.
• Screenshots. All screenshots in the README, the documentation and the app's install dialog were recaptured with the current interface and icon.

Fixed

• "This month" for tokens and transcription showed the last month with any usage. In the first days of a month, it showed the previous month's total.
• Monthly charts skipped months without usage, and drew rises and dips between months as a smoothed line. Every month is now shown as a bar, with zero for months without usage.
• "Total Queries" was always 0. It is replaced by the number of AI requests, without embeddings.
• The recording states counted transcription and summarization together, and left out recordings with audio removed and archived recordings.
• Embedding cost showed $0 for embeddings computed on the administrator's own machines. It now shows "Local".
• The per-user usage lists were cut off after a few users.

API

The tab reads one new admin route, /admin/stats/overview?days=7|30|90. The earlier token and transcription statistics routes are unchanged.

Upgrading

Pull the new image and start as usual. No database or configuration changes are required.
